Who we're looking for
Strong in your subject, and generous with it
- You are a gymnasium student, university student or graduate with very good grades and strong subject knowledge.
- You enjoy explaining, and you are patient and reliable.
- You already have some experience in teaching or tutoring.

Questions from prospective tutors
How much can I earn as a tutor?
Depending on the subject, your experience and your ratings, you can earn CHF 35-60 per hour. It is one of the highest tutor pay rates in the industry.
How flexible are the hours?
Fully flexible. You decide when and how much you teach, so it fits around your studies or school.
Do I need previous tutoring experience?
Some experience in teaching or tutoring is expected. Above all we look for very good grades, strong subject knowledge, patience and reliability.
Which subjects can I teach?
Mathematics, German, French, English, Physics, Latin, Chemistry, Biology, Programming and Economics, among others. You tell us your subjects when you apply.
Do I have to organise the lessons and talk to parents?
No. We take care of the organisation, the communication with parents and everything administrative, so you can focus on teaching.
